My name is Mark Grinwis. I am Married 18+ yrs, 3 children...well teenagers now...16b, 14g, & 13b.
I am Honest, Affordable, Dependable, Experienced, Fair, Your Satisfaction is My Goal. I/we have remodeled our homes for the last 18 years, seems every time we get it done just the way we like...we move.

I have worked part to full time at a Grocery store for 20+yrs. This is how "Hunee Du' HandyMan" came to be. I was bringing pictures to work and showing people what I was doing at home, many people started asking if I could this and that, pretty soon I found myself in business, doing what I love to do, my passion, working with my hands, building things. I have remodeled every type of room at least once over the last 15+ years. I have numerous pictures and references. I will post pictures on the web site as I have time.

I charge by the job or by the hour depending on the job. My hourly price is very affordable,  about 30% below the average hourly charge for Handyman in Spokane. I have little to no over head, no employee's, therefore I do not need to charge the higher rates. I want to help you make your home better for you affordably, if I can save you money, you can afford to do more, that is my goal. My motto is I'm not out to make a million dollars or even 100,000. I just want to help those who can't afford the high end costs of remodels to get er' done.
